RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ORDER OR PRODUCT ISSUES?

We want your experience at DLUX FLAIR to be pleasant. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to request a refund or return, please contact us to let us know! Returns are accepted within 3 days after you accept your shipment so we can best process a refund or exchange.

RETURN PACKAGING

  • Pack the item securely and safely in a hard box with protective fillers (ex: bubble wrap), especially our jewelry. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by our post office or warehouse.
  • Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and send via prepaid mail. For speed and security we recommend UPS/FedEx .No C.O.D deliveries will be accepted. 
  • Items must show no signs of wear and must have the tag attached and include the original receipt .You can opt for a store credit instead of a refund.
  • Gift items also must have their gift tags attached.
  • Items on sale (Clearance) are final sales; therefore they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items for a refund or exchange that do not follow DLUX FLAIR standards.
  • DLUX FLAIR will not accept returns of any goods that have been in our opinion subject to a normal wear and tear, an accident, modification, abuse attempted repair, negligence or misuse, with the exception of a manufacturing defect or if visual previewing is drastically different from the actual personalized product as delivered. Online previewing is intended to represent how the final product will look, but subtle differences will occur.

If a piece is not covered by the terms of the DLUX FLAIR warranty policy, the company may offer a repair service subject to a fee.

 

EXAMPLES OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:

  • Non-functional clasp

  • Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors or tarnishing from wear or time)

  • Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly

  • Epoxy (adhesive - glass or crystals are loose)

We are not responsible for and will not be able to process store credit or exchanges for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL ORDERS.

As soon as you return your item to us and it is received into our system, we will expedite a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, you can find slight variations and imperfections in some items, and delivery times may vary.
