HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
With the significant volume of orders received daily, we strive to have all orders fulfilled within 2 business days of receipt. An additional 2-7 days are then required for delivery depending on shipping method chosen.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. In regards to an error with a mailing address, your order will be shipped to the address provided on the order and then, be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will contact you for a new mailing address. A new shipment will then have to be generated and an additional shipping charge will apply.

If you live outside the United States, please contact us via email to purchase items and to calculate shipping. We ship items internationally via USPS. International shipping with insurance will depend on the value of the item.
All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional charge based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by the country. DLUX FLAIR is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for the customer at the time of delivery.
